Yolo County has recently opened the Yolo County American Rescue Plan Mini Grants program. The Yolo County Board of Supervisors plans to allocate $250,000 in grants ($50,000 in each of the five supervisorial districts), with a target grant size of $1,000 to $10,000. Applications are open now and are due by March 31 at 5pm. More information, including eligibility requirements and a link to the application, is available here.
The Yolo Community Foundation is partnering with Yolo County to support this program. YCF is conducting outreach to local nonprofits to spread awareness of the program, and we are also providing support for applicants via information sessions and office hours sessions. The information sessions cover the application process and how to craft a compelling application. During the office hours, YCF staff is available to answer questions about the application process and crafting a compelling application.
